Shoots and Tubers

Description

1 pound Hemerocallis Fulva fresh young shoots, and tender tubers, the most beautiful, productive, and edible invasive species.

I recommend cooking these after a good double cleaning, there are some recipes “out there” the Forager Chef has some good inputs, and I hear the tubers are delightful blanched and then simmered in butter with a little parsley.
