WILD! Hygrophorus russula these are small and tan to white with sometimes a pinkish tint or streaks, but when cooked!!! They turn into a beautiful rose color. Been collecting these in my front yard for 6 years now, always worth the cleaning effort. Very LIMITED supply this year, unless more come late, freshly harvested from middle TN
